This is run for church growth so believers may grow in the Word of God. Those who do not know how to read and write can have access to learn how to read and write through this program. They can read the Word of God and grow spiritually.
First step
To exhort the church to learn the Word of God and to know with the church the importance of this program.
Second step
To prepare the learners and pastors about the structure of the program like teachers, place, time, etc. To teach how literate believing brothers and sisters can teach illiterate believing brothers and sisters easily (Training them).
Third step
Teachers will run classes among his believing community so that they may know how to read.
